Policies & Shipping
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, however, a purchase fails to meet your expectations, we will gladly exchange or refund the item. If you wish to return your purchase, you may do so with 14 days of receiving it. Returned items must be undamaged, unaltered, unworn and must include original tags and original packaging.
All sale and discounted items are FINAL SALE. Plinth&Scratch cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items.
Prior to returning your item, please email contact@plinth&scratch.com for a Return Authorization. This way, we can keep an eye out for your package. We cannot be held responsible for any unauthorized returns. *Also customers are responsible for paying the shipping to return the item.*Domestic Shipping
For orders to the United States, Standard shipping is done via insured USPS Priority.
A delivery confirmation number is included with USPS shipments, and a tracking number is included with UPS shipments.

USPS Express Mail / UPS 2-Day: $25 for all orders
Delivers in 1-2 days to most locations
Please note that these delivery times and shipping prices are approximate, and do not include the 1-2 days of handling time that it may take to pack and ship your order. Plinth&Scratch cannot be responsible for carrier delays or errors which are out of our control.
International shipping is via insured USPS Global Priority or Global Express Mail, which is delivered in 4-6 days. The shipping rates are fixed, no matter how much or how little you order.

Global Priority Mail (Small Items bandanas, pins, etc.): (4-10 working days): $15.00
Global Priority Mail (Medium to large items t-shirts and other apparel.) (4-10 working days): $30.00
International Shipping Terms
Overall, shipping Internationally via our USPS carrier options is really smooth, reliable, and fast. However, there are a few things to note:
* Shipment is not available outside of the stated regions and countries at this time.
* Goods shipped outside of the USA will be declared as "Merchandise" and at their full retail value.
* The customer is responsible for any import taxes or fees associated with the delivery.
* Delivery times are approximate. Many goods are evaluated by local customs officials - and this can delay its delivery to you. This is typical during very busy or holiday periods. If this happens, there's typically nothing that we can do to expedite your delivery.
* If the shipment is returned to us due to non-delivery, the customer is responsible for paying the costs of re-sending the item.

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and textures of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual images you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
